  N (Network): Trade % GDP, Mobile subscriptions, FDI inflows, Tourism arrivals
  D (Diversity): Female labor participation, Women in parliament, Renewable energy, High-tech exports

Formula: MIND = (M/100 * I/100 * N/100 * D/100)^0.25 * 100
Normalization: Percentile-capped min-max (p1/p99)

Each dimension score is the arithmetic mean of its 4 normalized indicator scores (0-100).
The MIND score is the geometric mean of the 4 dimension scores.
Zero-floor property: if any dimension = 0, MIND = 0.
Binding constraint: the dimension with the lowest score.
